Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information:

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is approved:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include the original invoice or packing slip
  • For hygiene reasons, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Knickers (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Bras with removed tags or protective strips
  • Any swimwear or lingerie that shows signs of wear or has been washed

International Returns

Customers outside the UK:

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
